Marj came into my life highly recommended by a friend and I am so grateful that she did. Marj comes to my home once a week to guide me through a series of personally designed exercise with minimal equipment, making sure that I am using correct muscles to do them, assessing their effectiveness in strengthening my core which is our target, and creatively redesigning the program weekly as I progress.
Since my issues are unique and sometimes challenging, she makes the effort to communicate with my ART therapist to ensure that the program continually moves forward.

I decided to hire a personal trainer when I realized my own work-out schedule and constant dieting was not achieving the results I wanted. I could barely schedule time to workout at home, so I knew that it was unlikely I could maintain a routine to get to a gym.
My goal has been to regain my former size. I am not quite at it, but I can see it getting closer. I had purchased a very elegant dress to wear to a wedding October 17th and it is actually a little big on me now.
Knowing when Marj is arriving clears my schedule as I will not only miss my work out if I put it off, but I will upset her schedule as well, therefore it was a priority. I also have specific areas of sensitivity that require Marj’s knowledge to provide effective workouts without causing harm.
